You may return any unused and undamaged product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If you’ve received the wrong product, the product is unsatisfactory, or we have made an error we will pay for the return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return is received we will issue store credit or a refund to your original payment method within one business day. Refunds to your original payment method may take three to five business days. This is due to processing time at your bank and it is out of our control.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
If you’ve received the wrong product, the product was unsatisfactory, or we have made an error with your order we will pay for return shipping and refund the original shipping costs. For other returns you will be responsible for return shipping and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
